Ich habe gerade auf der Seite des deutschen Tierschutzbundes e.v. gelesen, dass es einen neuen Richterspruch bezüglich der Gefährlichkeit bestimmer Rassen gibt. Das heißt, so neu ist er nicht mehr, denn er stammt vom 06.12.2006 und kommt aus Frankfurt a.M.
Der Richter war der Meinung, dass man anhand einer Rasse nicht die Gefählichkeit des Hundes ableiten kann, sondern diese von Individuum zu Individumm unterscheiden muss. Meiner Meinung ist das ein großer Schritt in die richtige Richtung.
Der Tierschutzbund fordert also nach wie vor ein Bundesweit einheitliches Gesetz, welches im Einzelfall entscheidet und nicht pauschalisiert.
